Orders, shipping & care
How long does my order take?
Every piece is made to order. Carving and sanding take 7-10 days, we send you a photo for approval, then finishing, crating and delivery take about 2 weeks.
Is shipping really free?
Yes - standard freight shipping to any address in the contiguous United States is included in the price.
Can I choose the size or wood tone?
Most pieces offer several sizes and finishes right on the product page. For anything custom, send us a message before you order and we will tell you what is possible.
Where are your pieces made?
We design and select every piece, and each order is handcrafted by our partner artisan workshops in Vietnam and China, then shipped directly to you with tracking.
What wood do you use?
Solid hardwood such as walnut, oak, ash and acacia depending on the design. No particle board, no veneer over MDF.
What if my piece arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage and packaging. We will repair, replace or refund it.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can change or cancel free of charge before production starts (usually within 24 hours of ordering).
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
We currently ship within the contiguous United States. Contact us for an Alaska, Hawaii or international quote.
How do I care for solid wood?
Dust with a soft dry cloth, wipe spills promptly, keep away from direct heat and re-oil oiled finishes once or twice a year.
